Payment & BOOKING PLATFORM For Creative
Designing Brands & Customer facing digital products
The Creative Linc project was to design the first product experience that would be a gateway for brands and talents to connect seamlessly, track work processes, and create a payment portal that would eliminate late payments and ensure successful work delivery.
Timeline
From brand to product discussion to final designs in 4 weeks while working with multiple projects at the same time
Background
Creativ Linc addresses gaps in the traditional approach to working with creatives. The current system often relies heavily on brand trust, lacks transparency in the payment process, and fails to clearly outline each phase of creative work. Creativ Linc creates a solution that benefits both parties, ensuring fair treatment for creatives while simplifying the payment process for brands.
Research & Planning
Through extensive research, I explored current creative job platforms and uncovered pain points. By identifying gaps, I outlined a feature set that addressed user needs and attracted early brand onboarding.
Design & Prototyping
Crafted sleek, intuitive brand and interfaces that made project management and payments effortless for both creatives and brands. The interactive prototypes gave clients and potential investors clarity on platform experience.
UX writing
Developed clear, actionable copy that guides user at every step, from creating jobs to making and receiving payments. The language reflects the platform's "no-bullshit" style from the founder herself. Providing clear, concise, transparent, and ease-of-use for all.
The final product delivers a streamlined platform where brands can create jobs and adjust payments with full transparency, while creatives track progress and payments seamlessly. It creates a flexible, user-first experience that removes the barriers to efficient collaboration.
Working on the Creativ Linc project was a fast-paced and dynamic challenge that pushed me to take the lead and consistently deliver under pressure. By prioritising key design decisions, I ensured that even with tight deadlines, the quality of the final MVP remained uncompromised, laying a solid foundation for future success. This experience reinforced the importance of strategic planning as a critical component of the design process, proving that thoughtful preparation drives both creativity and efficiency.
